Absurdist viral meme comedy - narrator insists everyone in his orbit (barber, Uber driver, dentist, neighbor, even his dog) has personally spoken to a well-known senator about mundane errands; satire of 'I know a guy who knows a guy' meme culture and impossible name-dropping, played for absurdist laughs rather than commentary on the person referenced
The voice
Male lead - charismatic, sarcastic, fast-talking, confident, deadpan meme delivery; crowd chant post-hook and escalating ad-libs
The sound
Dirty 808s, rubbery synth bass, ringtone melody lead, chopped voicemail FX, congressional gavel percussion, call-waiting beeps as rhythmic element
